- We accept, Cash, e-transfer, VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, Prepaid Credit Cards, and Paypal.
- Do I have to order from the Website?
- You may contact us directly to place an order, and we will be happy to assist you.
- Do you offer Shipping?
- Yes we ship with Canada Post using Expedited Parcel or Xpresspost services.
- Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.
- Can you ship to a gift recipient?
- Yes, at check out on the website, please use the gift recipients address as the ship to address.
- How long will it take to complete my order?
- Most orders are typically completed with in 1-14 business days, depending on complexity and finish required.
- Once your order is received we will update you with an estimated time of completion.
- Can my Metal Art go outdoors?
- Yes, Metal Art can be enjoyed both inside and outside.
- Bare Metal items will rust if left untreated with oil.
- To avoid rust items must be Painted, Powder Coated, or oiled.
- What is Powder Coating?
- A type of coating that is applied as a free-flowing, dry powder, and then is baked on and is usually used to create a hard finish that is tougher than conventional paint.
- Can I paint my metal art item myself?
- Yes, typically you would use a aerosol spray paint available at most large retailers.
- We can offer advice as to what we would recommend for surface preparation and application.
- Can I return an item?
- Unfortunately all items are final sale due to the fact that all items are customized, or cut to order.
- Do you offer a Warranty?
- We do not offer an official warranty, but we do care about our customers. If you discover an issue with one of our products please contact us, and we will do our best to help resolve the issue.
